To secure your booking, we kindly request a valid credit card. We understand that plans may change, and rescheduling is always an option for your convenience. Simply use the booking link to easily make adjustments to your appointment. I ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Please note that appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or missed without prior notice (no call/no show) will incur a charge equivalent to half the cost of the service. I appreciate your understanding in honoring my cancellation policy as it allows me to better serve all of my clients and manage a schedule effectively.
To ensure a smooth and efficient schedule for all of my clients, I ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays, which is why I offer a 15-minute grace period. If you anticipate being up to 15 minutes late, please notify us as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you and adjust your appointment accordingly, based on the next available time. However, please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that we can maintain the quality and timeliness of our services for all my clients.
I want to ensure that your waxing experience at Black Parade Beauty Company is as safe and comfortable as possible. It is important to note that waxing, like any other beauty treatment, carries potential side effects. These may include skin removal, which can occur due to various factors such as diet, medications, existing conditions, and sun exposure.
To provide you with the best care, I kindly request that you inform us about any medications you are currently taking or if you have a history of staph/mrsa, herpes, or warts. Waxing has the potential to trigger outbreaks of these conditions, but the use of antiviral medications can help reduce the chances of this happening. Therefore, it is crucial to communicate any relevant medical information to me.
Additionally, please let me know if you are using any medications such as Accutane, Retin-a/retinol, Tretinoin (Renova), Resorcinol, Adapalene, Tetracycline, hydroquinone, or any other retinoid. This information will allow us to take necessary precautions and minimize any potential negative reactions.
Your safety and well-being are my top priorities, and I will do everything possible to minimize or eliminate any adverse effects. Open communication regarding allergies, medical history, and medication usage ensures that I can tailor my approach to your unique needs.
